Velaayudhan Chits is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Branch Manager and Executives to join in our team in Piler and Tirupathi. If you have a proven ability to make timely collections and are committed to maintaining strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Require candidates for Business Development with proven ability to develop business.
2. Develop the business of the company by enrolling new members / new business from existing members.
3. Guiding the members properly while enrolling for new chits.
4. Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolments.
5. Maintain cordial relations with the members.
6. Work towards achieving the Targets set by the Manager / Management of the company.

Requirements:

1. A Graduate in any field.
2. 0–6 years of relevant experience in Chit Funds, Financial Institutions, or NBFCs.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in computers.
7. Good organizational and time management skills.
8. Below 30 years of age.
9. A valid two wheeler Driving License and Two wheeler is required.
10. This is a field-oriented position, and therefore, male/female candidates are preferred.

2. Maintain cordial relations with the members.
3. Regular follow-up with the members in getting timely payments. In the process, also make new contacts for enrolling new members.
4. Should have relevant experience in Chit Funds / Financial Institutions / NBFC’s.
5. Work towards achieving the targets set by the Manager / Management of the company.

Requirements:

1. 0–6 years of relevant experience in Chit Funds, Financial Institutions, or NBFCs.
